1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from receiving an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@ezyemart.com first.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
